Key Responsibilities:
Lead mechanical design elements across multiple building services projects
Deliver high-quality technical designs to RIBA Stages 1-4
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other disciplines to ensure smooth project delivery
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development
Ensure designs meet relevant regulations, including healthcare-specific requirements
What They're Looking For:
Proven track record as a Mechanical Design Engineer within a building services consultancy
Experience across healthcare, residential, or industrial projects
Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations, with an advantage if familiar with healthcare guidelines (HTM, HBN)
Ability to take a brief, work independently, and deliver to deadlines
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
