As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in leading projects from concept to completion, developing client relationships, and mentoring junior engineers. This is a role where your technical expertise and leadership skills will not only influence project delivery but also help shape the future success of the London office.
What you'll be doing:

• Leading mechanical design across a variety of building services projects
• Taking responsibility for project delivery, coordination, and client liaison
• Supporting the growth of the London office and contributing to wider business development initiatives
• Mentoring and developing junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
• Driving sustainable and innovative engineering solutions across all projects

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer within a building services consultancy
• Track record of delivering projects in sectors such as commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments
• Ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, and inspire teams
• Chartered, or working towards Chartership (CIBSE, IMechE or equivalent)
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a client-focused mindset
