We're seeking a proactive and analytical engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex challenges. You'll need to be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills to liaise across departments.

Experience Requirements

Proven experience in a similar mechanical, electronics or mechatronics background in engineering will be considered. Proficiency in 3D CAD design (e.g., Solid Edge, Inventor). Strong understanding of high-pressure equipment and associated safety considerations. Exposure to R&D and New Product Development (NPD) processes. Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills. A good understanding of system-level engineering and integration. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments. Experience participating in or conducting technical interviews is a plus.

The Successful Candidate

Promotes a positive, collaborative working environment. Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset. A positive, can-do attitude aligned with our DNA culture--driven, collaborative, and customer-focused.
