An exciting opportunity has arisen within Acrastyle as a Senior Mechanical Engineer in our Engineering department!

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

Mechanical Duties

Interpret Acrastyle customer's technical drawings and requirements.

To produce manufacturing panel arrangements/fabrication drawings.

Produce and issue any drawings deemed necessary to allow review, approval and or production of the required system design.

This could include but is not limited to:-

o Parts lists

o Label lists

o Fabrication drawings

o Panel arrangements

From a technical viewpoint, coordination with Application, other Mechanical/Electrical Engineers.

Work within any procedures, guidelines or specifications set by Acrastyle, the customer, any relevant electricity supply industry, and/or any relevant International organization/standards.

Support other departments by offering technical advice or backup generally or in a job specific basis.

Attend customer meetings as required.

Supervisory Duties

Assisting in training & development of Mechanical Engineers. Attending operations meetings & management meetings when required. Assisting the Engineering Manager to allocate resources in line with engineering programmes to meet customer deadlines.
