Drawn together from various backgrounds including the pharmaceutical industry, research, marketing, medical writing, medical affairs, data science, digital media and behavioural sciences, we have the experience and all-round ability to conceive and deliver the best quality medical communications programs.



Due to new business wins and organic growth with our partner companies, we are inviting senior writers with experience in HEOR and RWE to join our growing team of specialist writers.



If you have sound quantitative research skills and working knowledge of the different types of evidence supporting market access of healthcare technologies, combined with a love of scientific writing, this role will allow you to have a rewarding career in this specialist and growing field, and

Your professional experience should include HEOR writing experience, plus an MSc/MA or a PhD in HEOR/RWE/market access or closely-related field.



While quantitative skills are a must, you will also have the ability and passion to translate these complex data clearly, accurately and persuasively; synthesising technical materials into audience-friendly content in the form of publications, dossiers and slide decks.



More senior team members will closely liaise with clients and lead the development of a wide range of communications supporting time-critical market access activities; while less experienced individuals will focus on content development as proficiencies grow. Our team is committed to supporting less experienced team members with training and career development opportunities to grow their skill set.



Your work will be impactful in broadcasting the full range of market access evidence developed across a product lifecycle, including epidemiology, comparative effectiveness, health economics, patient/clinician-reported outcomes and real-world data.



You will be a confident self-starter and able to work independently to prepare client deliverables to a high standard, within project timelines and budget, while proactively seeking out constructive feedback from peers and clients, and seizing opportunities to fill skills/knowledge gaps for personal growth.




Skills Required




Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience developing HEOR and medical publications Experience writing global value dossiers and AMCP dossiers advantageous Ability to generate materials to a high standard and quality, with minimal internal review/assistance Excellent project-management and organisational skills Flexibility, adaptability and resourcefulness Excellent quality control skills and meticulous eye for detail - style/consistency, grammar, scientific accuracy, proof-reading, layout, etc. Ability to ensure all writing meets the client's strategic marketing objectives, as well as being of high scientific quality/credibility Strong client-centric attitude - proven ability to work with clients on projects, ensuring they meet strategic marketing and medical needs Flexibility and ability to manage simultaneous priorities, changing deadlines, and limited resources.

Experience




Prior experience of working as a medical writer for a medical communications agency preferably with an HEOR background An academic background in life sciences A proactive, can-do approach
