The responsibilities of our Senior Member Billing Assistant are :

Act as the primary contact for all RBH member billing queries across three social clubs, two bakeries across the UK and USA, ensuring a friendly and professional experience for all members. Manage the full billing cycle including invoicing, payment processing, and responding to enquiries with clarity and care. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving billing-related questions and concerns promptly and empathetically. Maintain accurate billing records and send timely communications such as reminders and payment notifications. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with a solution-oriented approach. Collaborate closely with the membership team to ensure member information is up-to-date and service delivery is seamless.
Prepare and share billing reports with relevant stakeholders.

Profil recherche

Previous experience in a customer service or billing role Proactive, strong communication skills and telephone manner Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Proficiency in English, both oral and written. Proficiency in using billing software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
