Senior Menswear Fashion Designer - Sandbanks

We have a large following in the football community being the official arrival wear partner for AFCB and worn by players, managers, pundits and celebrities alike.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Menswear Fashion Designer to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of your design projects and play a key role in developing new collections. You will bring a deep understanding of menswear, sustainable design practices, and luxury craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Take responsibility for the creative development of seasonal menswear collections, from concept through to final product. Create mood boards, sketches, technical drawings, tech packs, and BOMs. Research and anticipate emerging trends, fabrics, and innovative techniques to keep Sandbanks at the forefront of design. Communicate directly with suppliers, manufacturers, and fabric mills, ensuring sustainable and ethical practices are met. Oversee the sampling and fitting process for your designs, ensuring quality, consistency, and brand standards. Collaborate closely with marketing, production, and commercial teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling. Contribute to a culture of creativity and teamwork, supporting colleagues where needed. Bring innovation across categories, including golf and technical wear.

Requirements:

Degree in Fashion Design or equivalent professional experience. Proven experience in menswear design, ideally within luxury or premium fashion. Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical ability, and commercial awareness. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design software. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and finishing techniques. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines. Based in, or willing to relocate to, Poole (full-time Monday-Friday role).
