About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced

Senior Nurse (RMN)

to join our care home team as a

Unit Lead Nurse

. This is a full-time, day-based role offering a competitive hourly rate with paid breaks.

As the Unit Lead, you will take responsibility for delivering exceptional care standards and providing clinical leadership within the home.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the care and clinical support for residents Ensure care plans and medication administration are accurate and compliant Lead, mentor, and support nursing and care staff on the unit Promote a safe, caring, and person-centred environment Ensure regulatory standards and internal policies are met

Requirements:

Valid NMC Registration

as a

Registered Mental Nurse (RMN)

Proven ability to lead a team in a nursing or care home environment Integrity, compassion, and a commitment to excellence in care Physically and mentally fit for the role Strong communication and interpersonal skills
