About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Senior Nurse (RMN)

to join our team in a well-established care facility specialising in dementia care. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate mental health nurse to take on a leadership role and make a real difference in residents' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents with dementia Support and mentor junior nursing and care staff Administer medication and monitor residents' mental and physical wellbeing Ensure compliance with all clinical governance standards and regulatory requirements Communicate effectively with families, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies

Requirements:

Valid

NMC registration

as an RMN Proven experience in

dementia care

Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Compassionate, professional, and committed to improving residents' quality of life
