Join Our Expanding Early Intervention in Psychosis Service in Cornwall!
We're looking for a qualified Senior Mental Health Practitioner (Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, etc.) to join our newly commissioned Kernow At Risk Mental State (KARMS) pathway within our well-established Early Intervention in Psychosis Service.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver innovative psychosocial interventions for people at risk of developing psychosis. You'll be based at Carew House, Bodmin , working alongside a passionate multidisciplinary team with strong clinical psychology and therapy provision.

Provide assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for people with mental health needs.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, ensuring robust care plans and risk assessments are in place and regularly reviewed.
Offer clinical advice, education, and support to primary healthcare teams, professionals, carers, and families.
Participate in caseload management and duty work , delivering personalised care during crisis or relapse.
Work autonomously and occasionally teach nursing and non-nursing staff.
Promote mental health awareness through events, media, and community engagement, tackling stigma and discriminatio
This is a community-based role that requires frequent travel to various locations throughout the county including areas that may not be accessible by public transportation. Successful candidates will need to demonstrate how they will manage these travel requirements.
