We're building an AI-native Insight & Decision Platform for industrial spare parts. That connects to existing CMMS, IMS and procurement systems to transform raw maintenance and purchasing data into predictive insights and autonomous buying decisions.
It helps factories and manufacturers move from reactive maintenance to proactive, optimized spare and wear parts management -- powered by domain-specific AI agents.
The Role
We're looking for a
Machine Learning Engineer
to develop and train domain-specific models for spare-parts intelligence -- spanning demand forecasting, part similarity, predictive maintenance, and intelligent procurement.
You'll be working closely with our Lead AI Developer to build the "AI brain" of the platform, creating reusable ML pipelines that make industrial data smarter.
Key Responsibilities
Design, train, and fine-tune ML models on structured and unstructured industrial datasets (BOMs, maintenance logs, purchasing data, etc.)
Develop embeddings and similarity search pipelines for part identification and recommendation
Build forecasting and anomaly-detection models for spare-parts consumption and stock optimization
Collaborate with data engineers and the product team to validate models against real-world outcomes
Stay up to date with new transformer and LLM-based approaches for industrial data
Skills & Experience
5+ years in applied ML engineering (ideally in manufacturing, supply chain, or predictive maintenance)
Strong Python skills (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Pandas)
Experience with embeddings, transformers, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
Familiarity with Azure ML, Databricks, or similar MLOps stacks
Understanding of time-series forecasting, classification, and clustering
Bonus: experience with BOM data, maintenance data, or industrial ERP/CMMS/IMS systems
You'll Thrive Here If You
Love experimenting with real-world data to solve practical problems
Understand that data quality and structurematter as much as algorithms
Enjoy working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
Want to build something genuinely new in industrial AI
