We are an early-stage, venture-backed payments startup on a mission to make global money movement instantaneous, secure and affordable. Built by alumni from leading fintechs and cloud-native scale-ups, we process card and account-to-account transactions for merchants in 30+ countries. Regulatory compliance, security-by-design and a developer-centric culture are the cornerstones of our product and platform.

What You'll Do

Mobile App Development (35%)

Design and build secure, high-performance mobile apps for iOS, Android, tvOS and watchOS using Flutter/Dart, SwiftUI/Swift, and Kotlin/Jetpack Compose. Integrate payment SDKs and ensure design consistency via shared design systems.

CI/CD & Release Automation (15%)

Own mobile CI/CD and release automation using Fastlane and GitHub Actions/Bitrise. Automate build signing, TestFlight, Google Play, staged rollouts, A/B gating, and rollbacks.

Testing & QA (15%)

Implement test-driven development, widget/integration testing, UI automation (XCTest/Espresso), contract tests with OpenAPI mocks and visual regression. Maintain > 90% unit test coverage.

Security & Compliance (10%)

Embed secure mobile practices such as TLS pinning, encryption, biometrics, and device integrity checks. Map implementations to PCI-DSS, GDPR, SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards.

Observability & Quality (10%)

Monitor performance and stability using Crashlytics, Sentry, real-user metrics, OpenTelemetry, and analytics instrumentation.

Collaboration & Documentation (10%)

Work closely with backend, product, and design teams to evolve API contracts and design tokens (OpenAPI + Stoplight, Figma sync). Document workflows and best practices.

Mentoring & Leadership (5%)

Mentor engineers, lead code reviews, shape mobile architecture and contribute to roadmap planning.

You'll Thrive Here If You Have

5+?years professional mobile development with apps in production and at least 2?years Flutter/Dart plus strong SwiftUI or Kotlin/Jetpack?Compose experience. Demonstrated ownership of CI/CD pipelines and release processes for both App Store and Google?Play. Proven record of test?driven development, automated UI testing and continuous quality in large or high?stakes apps. Deep understanding of mobile security patterns (code signing, secure storage, jailbreak/root detection, obfuscation). Experience integrating with payments SDKs/APIs or other high?compliance domains (PCI?DSS, GDPR, SOC?2). Familiarity with GitOps?style workflows and trunk?based development. Comfortable leading architecture decisions, mentoring teammates and collaborating across time zones.

Bonus Points

Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform or React?Native migration/interop. Building for tvOS and watchOS native experiences. Knowledge of Combine, Reactive Streams / Flow, or Coroutines. GraphQL clients (Apollo/Kotlin, Artemis). Cryptography or privacy?enhancing tech (ZKP, tokenization). Contributions to Flutter, Swift, or Android OSS, tech blogging, or conference speaking.
