The Role
We are looking for an EUC Mobile Device Support Engineer to act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for mobile platforms across Zero Plus estates. You will provide advanced technical support and lifecycle management for iOS and Android devices, with a strong focus on Omnissa Workspace ONE as the primary UEM platform.
You will be responsible for leading OS upgrades, software deployments, patching, and security hardening, while supporting project-based initiatives such as UEM integrations, cyber security enhancements, and hardware refreshes. This role also involves close collaboration with Service Desk and Second Line teams, ensuring seamless escalation support and knowledge transfer.
In this role, you will:
Act as SME for mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
Lead the deployment, optimisation, and management of mobile devices via Workspace ONE.
Own OS updates, software deployments, and patching for enterprise estates.
Deliver technical input to projects, including UEM integrations and security initiatives.
Provide escalation support and knowledge transfer to downstream teams.
Maintain compliance with Zero Trust principles and ISO/IEC 27001 standards.
This is a hands-on engineering role with the opportunity to make a visible impact across enterprise-scale environments.
What We're Looking For
We would love to hear from you if you have:
Advanced knowledge of iOS and Android operating systems.
Proven experience with Omnissa Workspace ONE (and Airwatch).
Track record managing mobile estates at enterprise scale.
Broad exposure across desktop support, infrastructure, systems management, and project delivery.
Strong troubleshooting ability with mobile lifecycle management (provisioning, patching, decommissioning).
Knowledge of enterprise security, Zero Trust, and vulnerability management.
Current SC clearance (or ability to transfer to Zero Plus).
Desirable skills:
Automation and scripting knowledge for mobile device management.
Experience working in regulated or government environments.
Contribution to technical standards, best practices, and architecture forums.
