We are on the lookout for a bright, self-motivated Mortgage Advisor to join our team and the qualified candidate will work closely with the region's fastest growing Estate Agency to help their clients secure their dream home with a guarantee of at least

100 leads per month

30k - 35k (60k realistic OTE) | Stanway |

With a highly supportive marketing team behind you and leads from our client's introductory company, the Mortgage and Protection Advisor will be responsible for training and motivating the close-knit team.

Required skills, knowledge and experience:

Full CeMap or equivalent qualification Minimum 24 months experience Capable of writing at least 4 new mortgages a week Strong cross sales track record Strong compliance knowledge Able to go above and beyond for our clients Comfortable building relationships with the Estate Agency team Ability to provide advice on a range of products & services to meet your customers' needs
