Senior Multi Trade Voids Installer
Job Description
Six Star Group have historically specialised in damp-proofing and insulation services. However, our voids contracts gives us the opportunity to expand our services to cover more trades. Working for a contractors, we are refurbishing empty properties mainly in the Birmingham and Coventry areas.
We have an immediate need for experienced fitters covering multiple trades - namely bathroom/kitchen work and basic carpentry. The work is varied and requires a broad skillset. We're looking for an experienced, reliable person with an excellent attention to detail and great customer service skills. We'd like someone with a 'can-do' attitude to work with our great team
Key responsibilities include:
A self-starter who's passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
Kitchen/Bathroom fitting and basic carpentry and plumbing is essential
Other skills include painting, plaster patching, tiling and door hanging are essential
Clean driving licence is essential
A bit about you:
Passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience
Able to work autonomously without supervision
Maintain van stock and keep vehicles tidy
Great communication skills when dealing with customers
You have a very good attention for detail
Must be incredibly organised and able to handle pressure of deadlines
Here's the deal:
30,000 - 33,000 depending on experience
Up to 25 days holiday (after two years)
Van and fuel card can be provided
PPE and tools provided
