National Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow key national retail accounts to deliver sales and profit targets.
Develop and execute joint business plans (JBPs) using category and shopper insights.
Oversee P&L for a sizeable portfolio, ensuring sustainable, profitable growth.
Negotiate listings, promotions, and range changes with major retailers.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams -- category, marketing, finance, and supply chain -- to deliver aligned business outcomes.
About You:
Proven track record in
FMCG Sales or Account Management
.
Experience managing a
Top 4 Grocery retailer
, ideally Tesco.
Strong understanding of P&L ownership (30m+ preferred).
Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, and communication skills.
Collaborative team player with the ability to influence at all levels.
