Senior Negotiator/valuer
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Negotiator/Valuer to join our team in our contemporary town centre office.
A good knowledge of Brixham will be a distinct advantage.
We are open from 8.30am to 5pm from Monday to Friday and 9am to 4pm on Saturday. If you work a Saturday you will receive a day off in lieu.
We work a 4.5 day week/9 day fortnight so you will receive an additional 1/2 day per week or full day per fortnight off. We also give you 4 extra days holidays at Xmas and your birthday off.
We are ideally looking for someone for an immediate start but may be prepared to wait for the right applicant.
Your salary will be commensurate with your performance history, your experience and your skills. The lower end shown is the starting basic and the upper end is the current OTE to include bonuses, commissions and incentives, both based on a 4.5 day week.
