Role Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious
Senior New Homes Consultant
to play a pivotal role in growing our developer partnerships and driving off-plan sales. This position involves managing buyer relationships, working closely with developers, and overseeing the full sales process from initial enquiry to completion. You'll also help shape the strategy for our growing New Homes team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct viewings and consultations for off-plan and completed new build properties
Convert inbound leads and enquiries into successful sales
Maintain strong relationships with developers and land agents
Advise buyers on unit selection, availability, pricing, and timelines
Collaborate with the director and marketing team to deliver tailored campaigns and launch events
Mentor junior team members and assist with training as the New Homes team expands
Who We're Looking For:
Minimum 1 year
of experience in
UK residential estate agency or new homes sales
(essential)
Strong understanding of off-plan property sales and the new homes market
Excellent negotiation, customer service, and communication skills
High attention to detail and confidence using CRM/property software
Industry qualifications (e.g., NAEA, NFOPP, ARLA, CELA) are advantageous but not essential
A proactive and professional approach with a commercial mindset
