Senior Night Operative


This position will report into a Regional Manager and will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the management and support teams by encouraging individual operative performance, along with engaging with the Night Operative population. Primarily issuing charges to vehicles contravening the regulations of the car parks. The successful applicant must be flexible in terms of working hours/days. This role will be field based and cover a specific round, but will engage with Operatives throughout the country.


Hours:


Tuesday Saturday 10pm - 6am (Starting 10am on the Monday, with a finish of 6am Saturday)


Salary:


13.70 per hour

Main duties & Responsibilities

Issue parking charges in line with location guidelines to expectation levels Liaise with Parking Operatives on nights to ensure that sites are patrolled correctly and in accordance with site regulations. Conduct regular Welfare visits with Parking Operatives. Provide Practical Training to new starters in sub-region, ensuring all appropriate documentation is completed correctly. Work with Parking Operatives to complete incident reports when necessary and submit to Head Office Undertake ad hoc duties when required by the UKPC management team and as required by the business. Take delivery of UKPC equipment (and uniform) when required and distribute to Parking Operatives, ensuring the Office Manager is informed of any changes to distribution.

Candidates will:

Have a clear DBS check Be enthusiastic and a focused individual who is self-motivated Have excellent time management and is able to prioritise efficiently Embrace company standards

Experience knowledge & skills required:

Must have excellent communication & customer service skills Willingness to travel around region Previous management/supervisor experience preferred but not essential Computer literate laptop provided Excellent attention to detail Able to work under own initiative with minimal supervision Be capable of analysing and interpreting visual data.
