Location: WV1 4AH
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift Pattern: Nights (3 shifts one week, 4 shifts the next)
Salary: 48,000 - 51,500 per annum (pro rata)

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated
Senior Nurse (RMN)
to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and compassionate professional with a strong background in mental health and eating disorder care. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role within our nursing team, ensuring the highest standards of patient-centred care are consistently delivered.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the nursing team on night shifts, ensuring effective coordination and safe care delivery. Provide clinical guidance, mentoring, and supervision to junior staff. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans. Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical records. Promote a positive, safe, and therapeutic environment for service users. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery.
Requirements:
Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC PIN. Minimum of 4 years' nursing home experience. Proven leadership experience in a similar role. Experience working with individuals with eating disorders. Strong communication, organisational, and decision-making skills.

Pay: 48,000.00-51,500.00 per year
