The Role


Providing outstanding leadership for care staff

Supporting residents with a range of complex needs and dependency levels

Provide clinical nursing to residents including medication management, infection prevention and control procedures, e.g. wound care, catheter management

Continuously strive towards ensuring clinical excellence within the home

Developing tailored care plans to delivering excellence across everything you do

About You


An NMC Registered Nurse

Understands clinical assessment tools like Waterlow and MUST

Experienced in writing comprehensive care plans

At Riverside we offer high quality care together with a warm welcome and lively atmosphere.

Riverside is a modern, purpose-built care home located on the outskirts of Hyde in Cheshire. We provide support for older people, including specialist nursing and dementia care, and we also care for younger people in a separate unit within the home.


Our highly skilled team has a great deal of experience in meeting the individual care needs of residents, including people with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. We work closely with residents and their families to create personalised care plans and develop engaging activities that promote independence and wellbeing.


Residents and visitors enjoy the warm, welcoming and lively atmosphere we have here at Riverside. There's always something going on that you can get involved in and there's a great deal of interaction between residents and members of our team. We're big believers in offering residents choice in all aspects of daily life too.
