Derbyshire Healthcare Foundation Trust's Complex Health Division is excited to welcome a Band 7 Independent Non-Medical Prescriber to join our dedicated and compassionate ADHD Specialist Nurse Team .

As a Non-Medical Prescriber, implement evidence-based treatment plans, ensuring safety and adherence to NICE guidelines.



You will



Assess, Diagnose, and Treat ADHD carrying out initial assessments, titration of medication, monitoring and reviewing treatment plans for children and young people



Be part of a multi-skilled team and work collaboratively with other professionals and disciplines as part of the Neurodevelopmental team and transformation.



Need to maintain accurate records, with strong IT skills.



Uphold professional standards, and contribute to continuous learning, support and supervision.



Carry out medication clinical appointments.



Demonstrate excellent time management and ability to work independently.
