As a Senior Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care, supporting junior staff, and promoting a safe, person-centred approach to nursing.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver and supervise high-quality nursing care in line with clinical standards and best practices Lead and support care teams in the provision of dementia care Administer and monitor medications and treatments Maintain up-to-date care plans and accurate clinical documentation Act as a role model and mentor for junior staff Liaise with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic, coordinated care Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing among residents

Requirements

NMC Registered Nurse (

RMN/RGN

) Proven experience in

dementia care

Strong leadership and clinical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities A commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement
