We have a superb opportunity for an experienced Senior Nurse Manager to provide excellent leadership of the Medical Centre, accountable for the clinical and operational aspects of the care provision at Bryanston.
The postholder will be responsible for leading the medical centre team in providing a clinically effective, high-quality service to the pupils of the School. This includes the assessment, evaluation, treatment and support of pupils. Further responsibilities include ensuring compliance of all medical records; developing and implementing policies and procedures; managing positive relationships with all staff, pupils and parents and identifying areas of improvement to the care of the pupils.
We are seeking an NMC Registered Nurse with relevant post-registration experience who has an interest in being part of a boarding school community. The ideal candidate will have some management experience and possess a firm knowledge of current relevant legislation.
