Lead and supervise the nursing team to ensure high standards of care. Administer medication and maintain accurate records in line with regulatory requirements. Oversee care planning and risk assessments tailored to residents' individual needs. Support the Registered Manager in compliance with CQC standards. Mentor and develop junior staff, promoting best practices. Respond promptly to emergencies and safeguarding concerns. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
Valid
NMC registration
(essential). Previous experience in a senior nursing role within a care home or similar setting. Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. Compassionate and committed to delivering person-centred care.Join Us
