We are seeking an experienced
Senior Nurse
to join our night team. This role involves providing high-quality care and leadership within the nursing team, ensuring residents' safety and wellbeing while maintaining excellent standards of clinical practice.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the night nursing team to deliver exceptional care. Provide clinical guidance and supervision to staff. Oversee care planning, medication administration, and documentation. Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
Experience Required:
Minimum 4 years of nursing experience, including experience in
eating disorder care
. Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting.Qualification:
Registered Mental Health Nurse (
RMN
) with relevant experience.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 48,000.00-51,500.00 per year
