Senior Nursery Nurse
Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and experienced Senior Nursery Nurse to join our fantastic team on a full time basis. First Steps Nursery is based in Maxey in a beautiful rural setting close to the town of Market Deeping. We are looking for someone passionate about making a difference to our children whilst building positive relationships and enhancing the good name of our nursery. The successful candidate will play a key role in demonstrating and delivering outstanding quality care within the EYFS framework, whilst inspiring others to follow. This is an outstanding opportunity for the right candidate to progress themselves in the Early Years sector.
You must be a highly motivated team player who is also good at working on their own initiative. In addition, we are looking for:
Qualified to NVQ Level 3 ( or equivalent) or higher in childcare with an in-depth knowledge of safeguarding and Early Years Foundation Stage
This position is subject to a satisfactory DBS
SENCO and first aid training are desirable but not mandatory.
You must have a minimum of 2 years experience working within a nursery.
