The setting

Housed in a beautifully historic building, our nursery is at the heart of Berkhamsted. The site boasts tall ceilings and light-flooded spaces, with large symmetrical rooms that create a warm and welcoming environment. With a capacity of 92 children across all age groups, the nursery is bespoke in design, and provides a safe and nurturing environment for early years. Our central dining room offers the perfect space for baking, experimenting with food and engaging in messy play, while our growing space in the garden encourages children to learn about the natural world. What you will be doing

Guide, inspire and lead a team of childcare professionals to provide outstanding care and education Plan and provide a diverse learning environment that offers consistent stimulation and exciting activities for children both inside and outside Deliver learning experiences that support children's development and nurture them to achieve personal milestones Foster strong relationships with colleagues, parents and relevant professionals to attend to each child's unique needs Ensure adherence to policies and procedures related to child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding at all times Collaborate with your team to maintain a safe and happy environment on a daily basis

Who you are

For our bespoke nursery, we are looking for Senior Nursery Practitioners that;

Must be Level 3 qualified or above. Have Experience with an Early Years setting ideally as Nursery Practitioner or similar A confident leader who has successfully participated in Ofsted inspections with "Good" or "Outstanding" outcomes. An inspirational Senior Nursery Practitioner that can develop a high performing team
