What we're looking for:

A full and relevant

Level 3 qualification

in Early Years

Room Leader experience

or a strong practitioner ready to step up Sound knowledge of the

EYFS

and safeguarding procedures The ability to lead, motivate, and support a small team effectively A genuine love for children and commitment to delivering outstanding care
