Are you a

Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

with a passion for leading, inspiring, and making a difference? Do you have

enior Practitioner to guide our 2-3s room and lead a small, friendly team of four practitioners. If you're dedicated to giving children the very best start in life (and don't mind a little glitter on your shoes), we'd LOVE to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing

Leading and inspiring your team to create a warm, welcoming, and stimulating environment. Planning exciting activities that spark curiosity and encourage little imaginations to run wild. Supporting children's development through play, creativity, and meaningful learning opportunities. Building positive partnerships with parents and carers - we love open communication. Being a role model, motivator, and the go-to person for your team. Ensuring safeguarding, health & safety, and the EYFS framework are always top of mind.
What We're Looking For

A

Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher).

At least

2 years' experience

in an Early Years setting. Experience leading or supporting or a desire to develop these skills. Someone caring, confident, organised - and ready to jump into muddy puddles when needed! A true passion for supporting children's early development and learning.

The Details

Flexible days 2-4 days per week (10-hour shifts). Based at our Welby Lane nursery. Interviews can be arranged at weekends or evenings for complete confidentiality.
