Experience

A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare is essential. Proven experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is required. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively. A solid understanding of child development principles and best practices in childcare. Ability to drive initiatives that support children's learning and wellbeing within the nursery environment.
