We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Nursing Administrator to join our
supportive and dynamic team.
The Role
As our Senior Nursing Administrator, you will be a vital part of our team, ensuring the
smooth and efficient running of the practice. You will provide a friendly, professional service
for our clients and referring vets, while undertaking a wide range of administrative, HR, and
operational duties. This is a key role where you will work closely with our clinical team and
support the entire practice to maintain the excellent service we are known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Assisting our clinical team with clerical duties, processing the
referral workflow, managing customer accounts, invoicing, banking, and processing
insurance claims.
- HR & Team Management: Leading recruitment, conducting interviews, and managing the
induction of new staff. You will also conduct performance reviews, support colleague
wellbeing and manage HR policies.
- Operational Management: Overseeing practice compliance, including Health & Safety.
Managing budgets, stock control, and inventory. You will also be responsible for identifying
inefficiencies and leading change to improve our processes.
- Client Relations & Business Development: Maintaining strong relationships with
referring practices, managing all client feedback, and leading the practice's social media
strategy. You will also support marketing initiatives and liaise with the team to align business
development with our clinical goals.
