Senior Registered Mental Health Nurse/ Social Worker or Occupational Therapist Band 6

We are a multi-disciplinary team promoting positive Mental Health and providing treatment interventions for Children and Young people aged 0-25.
We strive to be dynamic and creative and are dedicated Mental Health Professionals, focussing on the needs of Young People providing a needs-led approach. We are seeking like-minded clinicians to work alongside us in supporting Young Peoples Wellbeing and Mental Health.

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to support children and young people to reach their goals and be able to demonstrate the following qualities required for the role which are: experience of working with children and young people (ideally within the mental health field), passion, resilience, empathy, great communication skills and an ability to be flexible and be able to manage risk as well as being a great team player.
The job can vary from day to day with no two days being the same. For us as a team to provide the best possible care, it requires us to work together as a unit, to support each other, and to help each other grow and learn. We offer hybrid working patterns where it meets the needs of the service users and enables the clinician to deliver effective interventions
