We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Neuro Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering specialised patient care across diverse clinical settings, including in patient and community settings. This role offers an opportunity to utilise advanced clinical skills, contribute to case management, and support patient recovery through tailored therapeutic interventions. We've been established for over 10 years throughout the West Midlands and have a great team.

Duties
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients needs
Develop and implement personalised treatment plans aimed at improving patient independence and quality of life.
Deliver specialised therapy services
Provide expert case management, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care pathways.
Monitor patient progress through clinical observations
Support patients across various settings such as in patient units and outpatient settings.
Educate patients and their families regarding therapy goals, exercises, and home programmes to promote ongoing recovery.
Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with RCOT and HCPC standards.
Stay updated with current best practices in occupational therapy
Requirements
Proven experience in hospital settings with at least 2.5 years working in Neuro
VALID UK HCPC registration
Strong knowledge of Occupational Therapy
Prior experience in case management within healthcare environments.
Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach tailored to individual needs.
Relevant professional qualifications recognised by the appropriate regulatory bodies for occupational therapists.
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and adapt to fast-paced clinical settings.
