Job Description

As Senior Officer, you will independently manage the end-to-end administration of a portfolio of complex syndicated loan facilities across multiple structures and currencies. You will apply deep technical knowledge, exercise sound judgement, and ensure operational excellence at every stage of the loan life cycle.

Key Responsibilities
Loan Life-Cycle Administration

• Independently manage drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, prepayments, interest period selections, rate settings and fee calculations
• Process borrower and lender cashflows accurately and in line with credit documentation
• Validate notices, funding memos and lender instructions prior to release
• Monitor key dates, conditions precedent and compliance requirements
• Interpret and apply credit agreements, amendments, waivers, transfers and consents with autonomy
• Administer a portfolio of complex syndicated loan facilities across multiple structures and currencies
• Support departmental leadership as required

Stakeholder Management

• Act as primary contact for borrowers, lenders, arrangers and internal legal teams
• Manage lender communications, approvals and notices with authority and professionalism
• Resolve queries and disputes using strong judgement and agency expertise

Risk, Control & Governance

• Identify and mitigate operational and documentation risks
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, controls and regulatory standards
• Support audits, reviews and control testing with technical insight
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and procedures

What We're Looking For
Experience

• 3-5 years' experience in loan administration, agency services or corporate banking operations
• Hands-on experience administering syndicated loans (essential)
• Experience supporting secondary loan trading processes
• Familiarity with LMA and LSTA standards
• Proficiency in LoanIQ and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of loan facility agreements and legal documentation
• In-depth knowledge of syndicated lending structures and agency roles
• High attention to detail and analytical strength
• Ability to manage multiple complex transactions and deadlines
