We are seeking a Senior Oncology Pharmacist to join our expanding team as we mobilise a national-level homecare service. This is a unique opportunity to influence service development from the ground up, with the flexibility to shape your engagement and transition into a more senior leadership role.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical and governance support for systemic anti-cancer therapy (SACT) services Contribute to safe medication handling protocols and service SOPs Advise on pharmaceutical supply chains in line with WDA(H) licence Review prescriptions, adverse events, and patient drug queries Liaise with nurses, GPs, and partner hospitals Support quality audits and MHRA inspection readiness

What We're Looking For

GPhC-registered pharmacist with 5+ years in oncology Sound understanding of SACT and clinical homecare models Strong communication, governance, and clinical audit skills Availability for 1-2 days/week to start, with opportunity for expanded role
