Job Title: Senior Operations Engineer

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing:

  • Support in the development of department processes.
  • Produce appropriate department documentation.
  • Responsible for liaising with planning and other technical departments.
  • Responsible for developing innovative process solutions.
  • Develop and mentor new employees and team members.
  • Responsible for identifying own development opportunities.
  • Understand, develop and implement greater customer and external relations.
  • To be able to access, have a clear understanding of and apply the Quality and HS&E Management System documentation, e.g Process Instructions, Workmanship Standards, Risk Assessments etc, applicable to your particular work scope and to obey all HS&E rules and control measures.
  • A key support to Test and commissioning managers and test sections
Your skills and experiences:

Essential:
  • IT ( Microsoft office capability particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good Communication skills ( both verbal and written)
  • Adaptable to new ways of working
  • Documentation production
  • Maintenance review facilitation
  • Major activity co-ordination SAP Skills \xe2\x80\x93 work order creation, Team Centre
  • Ability to interpret technical data

  • Material management

The Senior Operations Engineer team:

This is a whole boat integration role, where you deal with multiple stakeholders from early build to commissioning phase, working closely with test path handover and commissioning programme once it has matured.
