About the role



As our business grows, we're excited to be recruiting a

Senior Operations & Facilities Manager

to lead and shape our operational capability across

facilities, warehouse, fleet, logistics and event delivery.

This role sits at the heart of the business and plays a critical role in delivering our exceptional brand events.

You'll be responsible for the effective, day-to-day management of the business's operations function, ensuring the safe, efficient, high-quality and commercially sound delivery of our client programmes at venues such as Lord's Cricket Ground, the Goodwood Festival of Speed, the NEC and Battersea Power Station.

Reporting to the Client Services Director and working closely with the Head of (Client) Projects, you'll line manage the Operations team, ensuring consistent service standards and safe working environments. You'll bring structure, control and data-led insight to support effective planning and future growth.

This role is for you if you:



Have senior-level experience leading operations, logistics, facilities or service delivery teams in a fast-paced, complex environment Bring proven line management experience, with accountability for performance, development and capability planning Are confident owning operational budgets, forecasting and cost control and reporting against agreed KPIs Have strong knowledge of health & safety, risk management, and experience implementing operational governance frameworks and SOPs Thrive in live, physical delivery environments such as events, experiential, fleet and/or warehouse operations Have senior-level experience managing supplier, vendor and partner relationships Can demonstrate ways you've driven continuous improvement Live within a reasonable commute of Bordon, Hampshire (please note, Bordon is

not

on a trainline) Experience within live events is highly desirable.

Office base: Bordon, Hampshire (please note, Bordon is

not

on a trainline and you' will need to drive to commute to our site) Full driving licence required Flexibility to support live events, including occasional evenings and weekends

Essential Skills & Experience



Proven experience in an operational management role within a facilities, warehouse, fleet, logistics or delivery-led environment Demonstratable experience line managing or leading operational teams with accountability for performance, engagement and development Strong understanding of facilities management, including building standards, maintenance, compliance and supplier service delivery Sound working knowledge of health and safety, risk management and operational compliance Experience of managing suppliers, contractors and service partners, including performance and service standards Experience working with operational budgets, cost control and forecasting Confident using operational data, reporting and KPIs to monitor performance and identify improvements Ability to work cross-functionally and support joined-up delivery across teams

Desirable:



Experience in live events, live environments, production or complex operational delivery Experience implementing or improving operational systems in a growing business Experience managing vehicle fleets, warehouses or logistics operations IOSH, NEBOSH or similar health & safety qualification Experience managing operational sites or facilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 50,000.00-55,000.00 per year
