A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Ensure contractual SLAs are met and customer requirements fulfilled. Maintain effective communication at all levels. Use KPIs and data to measure and drive performance daily, weekly, monthly, and annually. Lead and manage operational and administration teams using OMS tools. Identify new business opportunities, including cost modeling and implementation support. Oversee Health & Safety and environmental compliance within operations. Deliver a safe, secure, and fair work environment and maintain HSMS audit standards.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Management experience in Logistics or Transport operations. Contract Management experience (desirable). Automotive industry experience (desirable). Experience working in a unionized environment. Strong customer and stakeholder management skills.
