We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join our team at Lyndon House, full-time. This is much more than a traditional managerial role you will lead the operational delivery of NHS outpatient services, working closely with clinicians, back-office teams, and partner organisations to ensure patients receive safe, efficient, and innovative care.

Main duties of the job
This is a dynamic, operational leadership role ensuring the delivery of high-quality, community-based NHS services. You will manage teams, oversee day-to-day operations, and collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to improve patient pathways and service efficiency.
Your responsibilities include leading the operational management of a portfolio of NHS services, particularly within surgical specialties; collaborating with clinicians, back-office teams, and external partners to deliver safe, efficient, and patient-focused services; overseeing service performance, governance, and compliance with national and local standards; and driving innovation and service improvements through digital tools, automation, and process redesign.
You will also manage, mentor, and develop large multidisciplinary teams, contributing as a confident and supportive leader who brings our CARE values to life in every decision, interaction, and initiative.
Were seeking an experienced operational leader with a strong background in healthcare service delivery, ideally within NHS or community-based services. You will bring a proven track record of managing complex services and large multidisciplinary teams, with the ability to drive performance, quality, and continuous improvement.

Modality LLP is a leading provider of NHS community outpatient services across multiple UK regions. Our expertise includes:

• Over 15 years of experience delivering community outpatient services
• Partnerships with Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and hospitals
• A diverse workforce including consultants, GPs with extended roles, specialist nurses, and allied health professionals
• Over 160,000 patient consultations delivered annually
• First consultations within a maximum of 4 weeks from referral, available 7 days a week across community locations
