Exciting opportunity as Operational Lead for Kingsmead School as integrates itself into a trust of 35 other academies. The successful candidate will join a team of experienced Senior Operations Managers and Operations Managers working in academies in Somerset, North Somerset, Bristol, South Gloucestershire and Gloucestershire.
Reporting to the Principal, the Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for co-ordination of all large academy operations and administrative activities, as defined by student and staff numbers and complexity of the site. They will work with the Principal, senior leadership team and relevant cluster and central colleagues to ensure that robust administrative, compliance and operations systems, processes and procedures are in place.

Experience of using BromCom or other bespoke Management Information system.
Experience of working on confidential matters.
