The Jamie Oliver Restaurant Group (JOR) is seeking a

Senior Franchise Operations Manager

to join our JOR Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a critical role in supporting the global delivery of the Franchise Jamie Oliver Restaurant Operations across multiple Brands, Formats, and Concepts.

Your responsibilities will include:



Lead and inspire a team of Operations Managers. Work closely with the Head of Operations to support the day-to-day running of the JOR Franchise Operations Team. Act as a consultant to our Global Franchise Partners, guiding them to consistently deliver world-class International Food and Service Operations and achieve sales and profit targets. Provide operational progress and project updates to the Senior Team, effectively communicating with Senior Directors and Stakeholders. Mentor Franchise Partners through new restaurant openings and support the development and delivery of new projects. Champion Jamie's Ethos and uphold company values across all global operations.


WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW



Professional experience working at a Senior Operations level. A proven track record of restaurant operational experience at a senior level. Strong P&L understanding and the ability to maximise profitability. In-depth understanding of Franchise models. Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills. A self-motivated, structured, and commercially entrepreneurial approach.
