Job Description

Duties

Own end-to-end delivery data accuracy across warehouse, dispatch, customs and last-mile systems. Monitor and eliminate missing scans, incorrect timestamps and data inconsistencies impacting SLA and on-time performance. Lead UK exception handling, drive closure within SLA and manage escalation for recurring or critical issues. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions with operations and product teams. Produce exception dashboards, trend analysis and management reports. Support customer complaint resolution with data-driven operational insights. Drive continuous improvement of SOPs and delivery process stability.

Qualifications

3+ years in logistics / warehouse / delivery operations. Strong data, RCA and cross-functional coordination capability. Experience in cross-border e-commerce logistics preferred. Mandarin is a plus.
