Reporting into Warehouse Shift Manager


Managing and supporting daily warehouse operations


Managing and completing KPI's


Supporting and overseeing Health and Safety operations ensuring that the workplace is a safe environment at all times


Supervise and manage direct reports 40 hours per week Any 5 days over 7 - permanent days




You will need

Reporting directly to the Warehouse Shift Manager, the Senior Operations role plays a vital part in leading and delivering efficient, safe, and effective warehouse operations. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience, leadership capability, and a strong understanding of operational KPIs and health and safety compliance.


Key Responsibilities

Oversee and support daily warehouse operations to meet service, safety, and quality standards Track, report, and complete key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve productivity Champion and manage Health & Safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members Supervise and mentor a team of direct reports, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture
Work closely with the Warehouse Shift Manager and other stakeholders to support departmental goals

Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and implementation Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills Ability to work flexibly across a 7-day operational schedule Experience managing performance against KPIs
