Are you well organised and have a strong understanding of GOS/NHS requirements? Can you dispense spectacles to a high level and keep the practice organised and ship shape? You must be great with people. You will be motivational, ambitious and excellent at sales. Happy to work alone

Responsible for the running and performance of the practice. Possess a strong motivation to drive the practice forward.

Dispensing - Be involved in all aspects of dispensing, commercially aware and have excellent frame and lens experience.

Team work - Cultivate a strong bond with your store colleagues, other Practice managers, and optometrist, happy to work alone.
