We are looking for a

Senior Paid Creative Strategist

- a highly experienced DTC expert based in or around London who can work from our Central London office on a regular basis. You'll lead performance-driven creative strategies that directly drive revenue across paid and organic media channels. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for a strategic thinker and executor who deeply understands the DTC funnel, has an analytical mindset, and is passionate about storytelling that converts.


You need to live and breathe social media & trends. You must have an intuitive and data-informed understanding of what content works on each platform and why. The ideal candidate has a pulse on evolving consumer behaviors, a relentless curiosity for testing new angles, and a hunger for scalable creative that directly impacts business performance.


You will be at the forefront of ideating, scripting, briefing, and analyzing ad creative for our paid media and organic campaigns - from cold acquisition to retargeting. You'll collaborate with our internal creative team, media buyers and partners (e,g. Vets, content creators) to bring high-impact concepts to life. You will take full ownership of the performance of your creative strategies, leveraging data and performance metrics to continually test, iterate, and optimize to drive tangible results.


Applicants should be prepared to submit examples of ad creatives they ideated, scripted, and deployed, along with budgets they've influenced or managed in performance marketing environments.

Own the full creative strategy lifecycle: ideation, scripting, briefing, production oversight, and performance analysis Develop compelling ad concepts optimized for social media channels such as Meta, TikTok, and others across all funnel stages. Analyze the existing partners' roster (vets, influencers, presenters, brand partners) to write effective scripts that align with the performance strategy. Identify gaps and opportunities in our current partner mix and propose new creator/presenter types or verticals to onboard Collaborate with our influencer manager who will own creator briefing and production logistics Translate performance data into actionable insights for continuous creative iteration Partner closely with media buyers to understand performance metrics and maximize ROAS through creative Stay ahead of platform trends and DTC marketing tactics to constantly push creative innovation

You'll be a core strategic partner to our paid, organic & influencer teams and will have a direct impact on how we acquire and retain customers. Ideal Candidate Profile



3+ years of experience in creative strategy or performance creative roles, with a proven track record in high-growth, paid social-led DTC businesses. Deep expertise in Meta and TikTok advertising platforms and the nuances of their ad formats Strong analytical skills - you must be fluent in interpreting performance data to inform creative iterations Strong portfolio of direct response concepts, scripts, or content that delivered measurable results. Track record of driving measurable revenue growth through paid ad creative Excellent communicator and strategist - you can brief partners, present to stakeholders, and defend your ideas with data

Requirements



Minimum 3 years in performance creative strategy roles Demonstrated experience in scaling DTC brands through Meta and TikTok ad platforms Proven ability to translate insights into high-performing creatives that deliver revenue impact Experience directing or briefing influencer or creator content Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics: ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc. Deep familiarity with DTC customer journeys and content funnels Examples of ads you've ideated and overseen, and budgets you've managed
