About the Role



We're on the lookout for a Senior Paid Media Manager who can

own and elevate

our paid media department. This isn't a role for someone who just executes, we are looking for a strategist, innovator, and leader who thrives on proactive thinking and can push performance boundaries.

You'll work directly with clients and internal teams to develop and implement performance-driven paid strategies across Google, Meta, Microsoft, and more. Your deep understanding of marketing funnels, consumer behaviour, and digital performance will help scale brands, not just manage campaigns.

What You'll Be Doing



Own strategy across all Paid channels

- Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, TikTok, and emerging platforms.

Design full-funnel campaigns

- from TOFU awareness to BOFU conversion and remarketing.

Lead client relationships

- present strategies, performance, and insights with confidence and clarity.

Collaborate across departments

- work with SEO, Creative, Dev, and Sales to integrate paid media into broader marketing efforts.

Innovate and optimise

- use data, tools, and AI to uncover opportunities and maximise ROI.

Mentor and inspire

- support junior team members, provide direction, and contribute to building an industry-leading paid media function.

Who We're Looking For



A

strategic and commercially-minded thinker

with an exceptional understanding of paid media, marketing funnels, and user behaviour. 4+ years proven experience managing

multi-channel Paid campaigns

with significant budgets and clear ROI targets. Deep knowledge of

audience segmentation

,

creative strategy

, and

conversion path optimisation

.

Hands-on experience

with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and expertise in

programmatic platforms/DSPs

(DV360, StackAdapt, The Trade Desk etc.) is a plus. Understanding of or interest in

AI and automation

in Paid Media - e.g., ChatGPT/Jasper for ad copy, n8n/Zapier for lead flow or reporting automation, predictive analytics, dynamic creative testing, etc.

Client-facing confidence

- you're articulate, persuasive, and excellent at building long-term relationships.

Agency experience preferred

- comfortable managing multiple accounts, juggling deadlines, and leading team members. Naturally

proactive, curious, and solutions-focused

- you don't wait to be told what's wrong; you spot it, plan it, fix it.
