We\'re looking for a motivated Paid Search (PPC) Manager to join the team, to be responsible for paid media activity for a new health & well-being client. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be instrumental in building state-of-the-art paid search campaigns, and implementing and optimising them across the accounts you work on.

As a Paid Search Manager, you will aim to deliver strong performance across your KPIs. You will own day-to-day optimisation and testing of campaigns and channels, designing and implementing innovative test ideas, budget management, competitor analysis, keyword research, performance reporting, and carrying out additional duties to ensure client performance is on \xe2\x80\x93 or above \xe2\x80\x93 target.

It\'s important that you able to adapt in a fast-moving environment, are eager to learn new skills and are not afraid to ask questions.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and optimise Paid Search campaigns, working closely with the rest of the paid search team
  • Develop innovative testing plans to continually refine campaigns and channels
  • Analyse and report on competitor marketing activities and market trends
  • Concisely articulate performance updates to key stakeholders, and champion the paid media channels
  • Work with internal and external partners like Google and Microsoft, and develop first-to-market advantages with new product releases
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure targets are met and Paid Search activity is in line with overall marketing strategy
  • Be accountable for thought leadership to improve outcomes for own campaigns and overall team performance
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively; participate in and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, and the requirements of the evolving digital landscape
Qualifications

Required:
  • 1/2 years experience setting up, analysing, and optimising paid search campaigns to meet objectives, using Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
  • Additional experience using Google Analytics or other equivalent software
  • Strong proficiency in numeracy and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and confidence in presenting
  • Love for data, analytics, and surfacing insights - methodical approach, and great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, and ability to build solid working relationships
  • Self-motivation, and ability to work under own initiative
Desirable:
  • Additional experience managing campaigns in SA360 or equivalent
  • Agency performance marketing experience
