The Role:
We're seeking a Senior Paralegal with solid experience in agricultural and rural property law to join a thriving department. You'll play a key role in supporting and managing a wide range of matters, including:
Acting for farming families, landed estates, and agri-businesses on property-related succession and restructuring
Land registration and title investigations
Assisting with farm sales and purchases, development land, overage agreements, easements, estate management, and commercial leases
Collaborating closely with highly regarded solicitors and partners
Building trusted relationships with clients who value continuity and expertise

About You:
You may already be working as a paralegal in a well-regarded rural or property team. Ideally, you'll bring:
Strong practical experience handling land/property files in a rural or agricultural context
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset
Experience supporting senior fee-earners on complex rural transactions
Familiarity with farming families, landed estates, or private clients is a real asset
