Senior Paralegal

London (Hybrid Working 3 days office / 2 days home)

Salary: 80,000 - 99,000 (dependent on experience)

We are working exclusively with a high-growth international fintech organisation to appoint an experienced Senior Paralegal into their expanding London-based Legal team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, forward-thinking business operating in a regulated environment, offering broad exposure across regulatory matters, legal operations, governance support and contract management.

Role:

Reporting into senior legal leadership, you will play a central role in supporting legal and compliance activities across multiple jurisdictions. Key responsibilities include:

Assisting with regulatory filings, submissions and supporting documentation

Managing and maintaining legal records and structured document repositories

Coordinating information and documentation across Legal, Compliance, Finance, Risk and IT teams

Acting as a key point of contact between the Legal function and wider business

Overseeing contract workflows and lifecycle processes

Supporting corporate governance requirements and legal operations improvements

Providing general paralegal support during peak workloads

Experience required:

Degree educated with 3-5+ years' experience in a paralegal or legal operations role

Background within fintech, financial services, payments or other regulated sectors highly desirable

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Confident managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
